About Me…
First of all, thank you for reading, I put a lot of heart and soul into my projects. As a restaurant veteran of 23 years, I’ve been involved in every aspect of hospitality operations from small Cafe Bistro type restaurants, to full service restaurants seating over 300 people and over $4,000,000 in annual sales. I can truly say that I have enjoyed my time in the business. Now, I am turning my efforts towards building greater online presence, and transferring my years of knowledge into a Membership Site like no other, consulting with the up and coming operators on restaurant manageement and specifically independant operators who need guidance in the industry.
